What this site is

This is an advocacy and document site published by the campaign named in the sponsorship disclosure in the footer of every page. It presents an argument about a public policy question. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a government publication.

Quoting and reproducing this material

Journalists, researchers, and congressional staff may quote the text of this site with attribution to the campaign. Two conditions apply.

• Material from The Scenario must be identified as a hypothetical scenario wherever it is reproduced. It describes events that have not happened.
• Photographs are public domain or Creative Commons licensed and carry their own terms. Reproduce the credit line published with each image. The full list is on The Evidence.

This site links to documents and articles published by others. Those remain the property of their publishers and are subject to their own terms. A link is not an endorsement by the publisher of this campaign, and no publisher linked from this site has any involvement in it.
