This page names every third party service that runs on this website and says what each one receives. Last updated 25 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, organization (if you provide one), and message you enter. No form on this site asks for a telephone number. We use what you send solely to respond to you.
How form submissions are handled
Forms on this site are processed by a form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web, which delivers your message by email. It does not use your information for anything else.
Spam and bot protection
Forms on this site use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and device to make that determination. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for how it handles that data.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how readers arrived. It sets cookies to do so. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Embedded media
The campaign video is embedded from YouTube using the privacy enhanced domain, and it loads nothing until you press play. Until then, YouTube receives no request from your browser beyond the thumbnail image.
The audio recording on the Evidence page is hosted on this site and streams from here, not from a third party.
When the campaign’s X account exists, the Take Action page will embed an X timeline widget with Do Not Track enabled. Until then, no X code loads on this site.
Other third-party widgets
None beyond the services named above. There is no chat widget, no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, and no data broker script on this site.
Cookies
This site sets cookies through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile as described above, and through YouTube only if you choose to play the video. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and your rights
Messages you send are retained in email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the address below and say so.
